Marketing Manager, Customer Strategy
The Marketing Manager, Customer Strategy works cross functionally to gather data from all sources; primary, secondary and owned first party to identify key business and consumer trends and insights. Responsible for sharing out these insights to key stakeholders, both internal and external, to influence marketing strategies and customer experience across owned and third party channels tied to how customers engage with the brand (transactional, loyalty marketing, incentives/offers, customer service, etc.). In addition to supporting three lines of business, this role will be a critical thought partner to their counterparts in the product: CRM, channel marketing, merchandising, product management and user experience functions.
Assist in the development of customer and loyalty strategies with the Director, Loyalty Marketing
Partner cross-functionally to pull customer segment focused insights, create test & learn plans, define and measure KPIs for customer focused programs that are implemented
Play an active role in the 12-month advanced calendar planning process by bringing customer segment insights to the planning team and influencing related strategies
Guide marketing channels on communication strategies to ensure customer insights and strategies are integrated into appropriate communications and marketing channels and plans (i.e., website, email, mobile)
Use developed strategy to work with key stakeholders to execute on agreed programs and enhancements to the Redbox customer experience
Manage/set up programs to achieve annual customer retention and lifetime value goals in partnership with Marketing teams
Assist with managing 3rd party relationships
Report out insights, customer growth and results
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s level degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in the design/implementation of insights day-to-day management and execution of customer focused marketing programs in a large consumer facing enterprise. Customer analytics and CRM experience strongly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau and data reporting tools
Strong experience in translating customer insights from qualitative/quantitative sources into clear opportunities that address business, customer and market opportunities

Strong strategic skills; ability to recognize current consumer trends and execute campaigns
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptionally strong analytical skills

Solid organizational and project management skills; ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects & deadlines
Skilled at coordinating across the organization to align actions in support planning and executions
Ability to maintain strong internal relationships
Strong working knowledge of loyalty & database marketing
May occasionally require travel (5-10%)
Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and others in person and electronically.
