Senior Marketing Manager, Kiosk & Brand Mktg
The Senior Manager, Kiosk & Brand Marketing will be accountable for driving the Redbox core business. You will be tasked with driving overall awareness, consideration and trial, while also being focused on retention of the existing consumer base. This role partners with marketing strategy and planning to develop actionable short and long-term strategic plans by working cross functionally, developing strategies that more efficiently/effectively utilize existing channel communications & delivering campaigns that drive the core physical business.
Develop short and long term strategic plans for the overall physical movies business, while complementing or combining with the On Demand and Games business where appropriate
Manage/grow the overall core business to continue to build awareness and usage across the entire Redbox portfolio
Develop and manage marketing plans for new product launches such as 4K and AR, as well as channel development
Work cross functionally with other teams to build out integrated marketing plans
Own promotions from development of creative brief to ensure vision, messaging and voice to drive overall goal of the program
Create and analyze program results and learnings, with recommendations and insights that influence future programs
Work closely with retail sales, monetization and partnerships to create opportunities for partners to extend and build upon visibility of programs
Manage a go-to-market paid media strategy that drives acquisition, working cross functionally to establish KPIs/benchmarks to monitor/assess performance
Manage studio partners while actively growing our relationships that provide greater & more integrated marketing opportunities
Contract and budget management
Engage/evaluate new vendor opportunities for potential new customer acquisition tactics
Lead collaborator in Media Network team discussions, ideating for direct sales and helping lead the creation of B2B materials
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field
7+ years of experience marketing B2C through strategic planning and promotions in a multi-channel environment, with a strong proven track record
5+ years brand or product marketing
Ability to quickly consume data and draw insights that drive the business forward
Experience in launching new products and building brand awareness; aware of industry trends and leading innovation in our fast paced environment
Home entertainment a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills; ability to work collaboratively
Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver challenging targets with a sense of urgency
Experience in marketing plan development
Strong analytical skills to identify insights and translate into business initiatives/actionable tasks
Highly organized & resourceful; attention to detail
Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, highly charged environment
Sedentary work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and others in person and electronically.
