Customer Service Support Rep (Machine Support Coordinator)

This position is a support function of the Machine Support department and Field Operations. The incumbent is responsible for handling a large volume of inbound and outbound phone call requests to complete various forms and strives to provide “one-call resolution” to our internal customers. This candidate will also be responsible for following up with our internal customers to ensure that their calls/email requests are completed in a timely manner.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally to inbound field service oriented calls and emails for assistance with administrative documentation and tasks

  • Use ticket system for tracking customer interactions and problem resolution

  • Monitor dashboards and review reports to appropriately dispatch field service technicians as needed

  • Research and resolve a wide variety of customer questions/issues

  • Assists in other tasks as needed or assigned by leadership team

Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 1+ year customer service experience via phone for internal or external customers required

  • 1+ year experience with Windows-based PCs, including general office software knowledge required

  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Experience with ticket tracking software preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal which includes excellent phone skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking and prioritization

  • Efficient time management practices

  • Ability to resolve difficult or stressful internal customer issues

  • Strong teamwork skills with track record of collaboration and accountability

  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
